Refunds & Cancellations
- All shipments have been verified and packaged with care to insure safe arrival to our customers. However, sometimes packages can become damaged in shipment. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any shipping damage or shortages to us within 2 (two) days of receipt.
- Save the original shipping carton in case an inspection is necessary by the carrier.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Please contact customer service via phone 800-438-9127 option 3 or via fax at 843-606-3722 within 30 days of receipt of goods for return or exchange eligibility.
- When requesting a RA#, you must include the items, color, quantity and reason for the return.
- Once RA has been processed and approved, either a call tag will be issued and sent directly to you or you will be instructed to return the package at your cost.
- All returns must have the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise received at our facility without the RA# clearly marked on the box will not be accepted. Therefore, credit cannot be issued.
- Merchandise with a RA# must be received by us within 15 days of issuance of RA#.
- Any unauthorized return or refused delivery of products is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Original freight costs are not reimbursable on any returned or refused delivery.
